THE COMMON LIEpleasures are like check points to get from day to day. wishes that the body demands us to obey.THE COMMON LIE
the feelings of our mind to spare our fragile heart. security of numbness from which we'd never part.
empty space between us and love that's merely thought. but people do not know that feelings can't be bought.
the "love" that people seek is just a common lie. stability of life until we finally die.

SWINGwhen i was little. i used to sit on the swings. without a care for what would be. or what might be. or what couldn't be.SWING
i used to swing high enough, to peer over the metal bar
and see the ground.
i used to jump from the peak of rhythm,
and hope for a brief second that i was a bird.

when i grew up i went to college to become a vet. but the reality of pain was always too much
for me to handle.
instead i majored in art so that the world could always look exactly as i wanted it to.

ZERO DEGREES CELSIUSthe freezing point of water.ZERO DEGREES CELSIUS
the fever of my heart.
numb- preprogrammed setting.
with which i'd never part.
you spare warmth. hope for the best.
we watch the red mass melt.
truth- you waste your time.
you waste your gift.
i never truely felt.
i'd give my heart if not for fear.
cause frozen things do break.
the shattered setting worries me.
so apathy is my take.

these blessed few are not as such they take the beatings too. though, bearing teeth and grinning wide they'll always make it through.
the difference is quite false to us we know not their good deeds. but on their hearts and through their souls we satisfy our needs.
by selfish acts and wishful lies

glittering, struggling.i.glittering, struggling.
"i am going to make every person
around me as happy as i can,"
i bravely declare.
"you should get a job," you offer,
and i draw a heart on a whiskey bottle and say that making people happy is my new job.
"you should get a paying job," you clarify, and i fill the whiskey bottle with glitter and kiss you until it doesn't matter anymore.
you don't need money if you're
dead.
iii.
i tell you that i'm going to leave because even if it hurts now, it will
eventually make you happy, and
you refu

The thingsInvert my image through the looking glass Are we ever sure of what we’re looking at? We can’t ever see present or past And the future, a future that wont ever last Minutes tick, seconds turn, and hours fly As the hands slowly turn, waving goodbye If the image is the image right side or not Up or down the image, that image, it’s all that you’ve got But when it comes time to finally peel away The image in your eye, forever will it stay And that something so real Becomes something you feel And the something you saw Is something of awe AndThe things
